          Avantor® ACE® Oligo is a unique encapsulated stationary phase for high resolution ion-pair reversed-phase analysis of oligonucleotides. These high pH stable stainless steel columns are compatible with all buffers and mobile phases typically used for oligonucletide analysis by LC-UV and LC-MS, including TEAA and HFIP.

          • Ultra-inert, base deactivated silica for exceptional reproducibility and peak shape

          The oligonucleotide UHPLC and HPLC bioanalytical columns from Avantor® ACE® offer excellent peak shape and have improved retention, which allow you to pull the first peak and any early eluting impurities away from your unretained analytes at t0. The Oligo columns are available in analytical, semipreparative, and preparative sizes (2.1, 3.0, 4.6, 10, and 21.2 mm IDs).

          To extend column lifetime, ACE UHPLC guard cartridges (EXL-1P15-GD2U / EXL-1P15-GD4U) are recommended for 2.1- and 4.6-mm ID columns, respectively. The UHPLC guard cartridge holder (H0011) is required for both guard cartridge IDs.
